“Nature Nudges… nurtures me onward… pushing me… I don’t want to go. I want to stay right here behind this bush… hiding,” said Bear.
“I don’t want to go on alone… I have no one… nothing but this bush and a black cloud hanging over my shoulder. I lost my princess, Amy, her castle and more.”
Bear sat… rubbed his eyes in disbelief again, “She was riding side saddle on her beautiful white horse. Amy’s hair was done up in a braided coronet… my beautiful princess.”
“Flowers were entwined in her braided hair. Amy was dressed in a beautiful white gown that draped down the horses back as the sun reflected off her beautiful hair.”
“Amy, the horse, the castle and everyone disappeared… we were almost to our final destination.” Bear once again rubbed his eyes in disbelief. “How can I go on without her?”
Just Right For Sleeping
Nature Nudges me with the wind… the black cloud still hanging over his shoulder. “I think she is bossy… she must be Mother Nature.”
“I want comfy ‘n cuddly… want a long winter’s nap… this bush is just right. The wind, brrr, an icy chill… Nature Nudges me again.”
“Yes, I need to find something to eat… Nature Nudges me on with hunger. What is ahead for me on Bear’s path?”
“Where I go… I do not know. Nature Nudges me on… somewhere beyond the next curve on Bear’s Path.”
“Tonight I must find a new place to sleep,” Bear looked longingly at the bush where he was hiding. “She won’t let me stay here.”
“Wow… this looks like a great cave… inside of a tree. Hope nobody else is sleeping here.”
“Hello,” Bear said as he put his head inside the tree cave… hearing a faint ring of a bell. “Hello,” echoed back.
“I’m safe. She can’t say I’m sleeping behind a bush.”
“I’m comfy and cuddly sitting here. Nice deep warm pile of leaves shield me.”
“Nature Nudges…nurtures as the leaves warm me. Seems I’ll rest here… focus on meditating.”
Nature Nudges Bear as the leaves shift. The leaves cover more of Bear’s body.
Nature Nudges… nurtures as the leaves shift even faster. More of Bear’s body plastered with leaves than before.
Nature Nudges Bear… he is close to the edge of a canyon… he fears he his falling or flying. The leaves cover all of Bear’s body.
Bear’s body is warmed by the leaves twirling around faster. Nature Nudges Bear again.
Nature Nudges… wind blowing the leaves… a whirlwind of leaves encircles Bear.
“What is going on?” Bear cried out in fear. “Where am I going?”
“Bear you said you didn’t want to go on alone… that you had no one… nothing. Can’t you feel us… we’re here,” said Nature Nudges.
Forest & Sunshine
“Who is here… who is ‘we’?” asked Bear.
“We’re all around you. Bear you’ve never been alone.”
“Look around Bear. This is your home… we love and care for you.”
“Nature nudges… nurtures you all around. Look within… instead of without and you will see us.”
“Bear when you look without… you see fear, flight and aloneness. Look inside and trust what you see.”
“Nature nudges… nurtures always! Once you trust and love yourself you have everything you need…. yourself.”
“When you look within the chaos around goes away… look within. Peace creates imagination… you can go on.”
“Nature nudges… nurtures you to create a new life. Living in peace one step at a time… meditate.”
“Look around and see?” asked Nature Nudges. Smiling she said, “Plenty I am sure.”
Bear said, “I see friends galore… the creatures of the forest… food a plenty… me catching fish… eating berries… the black cloud is gone.”
Yorkie Becomes Bear???
“I am no longer a lost twelve pound Yorkie but a very large brown bear. I taught myself how to fish.”
Nature Nudges said, “When you live in fear you can’t see. When you live in peace you create everything you need.”
“How did this happen?” asked Bear.
“It is because you trusted and took one forward step at a time. You’ve stepped out of fear,” said Nature Nudges.
Nature Nudges said, “Fear paralyzes you… keeps you trapped where you have no one… nothing. You have stepped out of fear and are free.”
“Freedom allows room to be creative… to be you,” Nature Nudges said. “You’re wrapped in nature nudges… leaves, forest and sunshine… the wind to push you!
“You were alone… you felt fear.” Nature Nudges said, “We came along to show everything… more than you’ll ever know.”
“I see there is more power to my thoughts than I ever knew. Major truth is “as a man thinketh so is he,” said Bear.
“So now I know I created my own loneliness. I am not alone… I have all I need,” said Bear.
“Look… those beautiful berries and fresh fish… I have a lot to eat. An abundance of food exists for me.”
“I hear the forest creatures moving around. I’ll make friends with them.”
Nature Nudges asked, “What else do you have Bear?”
“I have Bear’s Path… and no more black cloud. See the staircase to the left,” said Bear.
“I can build myself a home. I can fish out my front door… for my breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks!”
“Snacks!” Bear rubbed his belly and smiled.
Nature Nudges Nurtures
“I have a new life waiting for me around the bend on Bear’s Path… I have me, a new creation!”
“So exciting. Thank you Nature Nudges for being here,” said Bear.
“I have new songs to sing… new berries to eat… new life adeventures. Stories to tell about those big fish that got away.”
“New laughs to laugh. New sunrises… new sunsets… rain… sunshine.”
“I have so much… I am so grateful. Life is so good.”
“New trees to see, new mountains to climb, new rivers to fish and new homes to find. New friends to make every day.”
“Nature Nudges thanks for nudging and nurturing me. I have moved into a new life and moved out of fear.”
“Amy won’t recognize the young Yorkie she rescued years ago from the harbor. I am new… I’m a powerfully strong YorkieBear”
Painful… Those Big Fish That Got Away!
“What has made the biggest difference for you Bear?” Nature Nudges asked.
“I know I have me… no one can take that away. Now I know who I am.”
“I am independent… I am free,” said Bear.
“This has been the ultimate adventure on Bear’s Path… to find me. To be who I want to be… not what someone else wants me to be,” said Bear.
“So I got wrapped alive in leaves by a whirlwind. Fearing I was falling or flying showed me these truths.”
“The pain of life brought new life to me. Something unexpected.”
“Hurt brings healing, falling and fear bring new growth, loss in order to gain… life’s lessons are learned through pain,” said Bear to Natures Nudges.
“Now, we ask you, how much pain can you take with the telling and re-telling of all “those big fish got away” stories?
