‘Don’t tell me I can’t do this.’ YorkieBear is internalizing inside himself. He feels himself ready to explode again.
He is on fire! His anger is like red hot flames!
YorkieBear knows he is in danger. He needs to take fast action! He takes a deep breath and holds it while he counts to 10. He can feel the anger starting to cool and his love returning. He visualizes love!
Once more Amy had told him ‘no’ to his business ideas of MLM… Many Lively Mice.
Holding his breath and counting to 10 breaks the extreme anger he is feeling. This technique he was told breaks the reaction of the sympathetic nervous system. And he added the visualization of love which helped too!
Last week YorkieBear’s anger was so extreme that it even made him afraid of himself. So he could just imagine what his anger did to other people. He didn’t want himself or any one else going through that again. YorkieBear realized that anger could help him but it could hurt him bad, just like it did last week.
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhh”, YorkieBear could feel himself starting to cool down even more and feel love again. He wants to give nothing but love again.
So he is reaching out to you the reader with love. He is giving you his heart which has a single flame burning for you. All he asks in return is love.
Mark J says giving more gets more and that is what he wants. Love! As Charles Haanel wrote “thought impregnated with love becomes invincible”.
And there is also the Law of Growth too, he remembers. The more I think about something the more it grows… so I want to think more about love.
Oh yeah while I am thinking about it there is the Law of Substitution. That I can substitute any feeling for another.
“Wow!” YorkieBear thinks out loud. These weeks in Master Keys Experience are life changing. ‘Hmmm’, he thinks to himself ‘I have learned more than I thought I have. My life is changing just as if it were supposed to. I am developing into a new and future me’.
“Happy New Year to you all and Happy New Me to me,” YorkieBear proclaims with enthuuuuusiastic Joy!
Will you return YorkieBear’s love in the comment section at the very bottom of his blog?
